The Former Federal House of Representatives member, Hon. Austin Nwachukwu has joined the race of the Ehime Mbano / Ihitte Uboma /Obowo Federal Constituency, and vowed to ensure a focused, purposeful and people driven representation.
Hon. Nwachukwu, who spoke to newsmen in Owerri recently, stated that he has officially declared, and also unveiled his mission to his people.
He opined to move the constituency away from lackluster representation and to be strong, clear and sincere voice in the House of Representatives in order to promote and defend the interest and heritage of his Constituency through introduction of bills, motions and oversights functions, which he said ” I have done it yester years and ready and willing to do more”.
Hon. Nwachukwu promised to work through personal and cooperate contacts, available opportunities that are abounds and add greater values to people of his constituency, if elected
The humble political leader , stated that if he is voted into power he will initiate consultations and collaborations with all critical stakeholders and relevant bodies, to move the constituency to an enviable position.
He therefore assured the constituency a qualitative and people oriented representation to the glory of God , adding that he will empower and develop youths for sustainable productivity and to quarterly support mothers financially in various businesses .
Hon. Nwachukwu maintained he will be loyal to the party, “People Democratic Party” (PDP).
