The youths from Okigwe zone of Imo State in both APC and PDP have unanimously decamped into Labour party in pursuit of the new Nigeria mass movement ably led by His Excellency, Mr Peter Obi.

Arising from their meeting Wednesday at the Dream Land hotels and resorts, World bank Owerri, the youths who came in their droves agreed in unison to support Mr Peter Obi and Hon. Chikwem Onuoha, for president and house of representatives respectfully in 2023, among others.

Speaking to newsmen immediately after the meeting, the federal house of representatives candidate under the platform of the labour party for Okigwe north, Chief Chikwem Onuoha said, they came to tell the youths of Okigwe zone to join in the mass mobilisation of taking back Nigeria, adding that they are also taking the message to the grassroots to sensitise them to join the ongoing mass movement, stressing that for them to be part of the movement, they must go and get their permanent voters cards PVCs from the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC.

Onuoha charged the youths to go home , get their PVCs and prepare for the mass movement in 2023 for their own economic salvation.
” Everybody who came to the meeting agreed in unison to be obedient , being obedient is being part of the movement, obtaining your PVCs and mobilising for taking back our country,” he enthused.

The Okigwe north rep candidate commended INEC for extending the ongoing voter’s registration exercise to the next sixty (60) days adding that it is the first time that our votes will count and there will be no more rigging of elections, and stressing that anyone who is not popular will no longer win an election in Nigeria.
