Honesty is a thing of the past to some grocery store/ supermarket workers in this 21st century! You have to take cognizance of these facts. Be accountable for every transaction you make in a supermarket/grocery store.
Reasons, some of the workers are defrauding customers without their knowledge. It should be a concern for you. Is the management of such companies also involved?
Indeed of course yes or no! Here’s a thing: take a mental note of the price immediately after you step into the mall to purchase products.
Don’t assume prices should be the same simply because it seems to you that the workers forgot to put a price tag.
Once you notice such kindly , draw the attention of the management. Second, get your receipt and cross-check the prices before leaving the mall.
Most of these workers live above their income. If you notice any worker whom he or she won’t care about promotion.
They prefer to be on the same salary structure for years without complaining there is likely to be an atom of fraud around their collaborated circle.
such fraud may be carried out by a stock assistant, shelf stacker, customer assistant, and cashier. They deliberately refuse to fix price tags on some specific products.
The cashier will smile and ask you “ are you paying with cash or debit/credit card” whichever payment route is accepted by you receipt will be issued to you.
Instantly cross-checked the prices; you might discover that some products’ prices are higher than the recent times you purchased. Of course if there is any increase in prices it is supposed to be in the price tags.
However, let’s say the exact price of the product is $2+ $2 the fraudulent additional price of the system if you multiply by 100 innocent customers it is equal to $200. Also if it is multiplied by 28 days it is equal to $5,600.
If such fraud takes place for six months you can imagine what will become of them in a short time and the equivalent of $5,600 is 2,494,632 million Naira.
Kindly tell me who is richer than who in such a supermarket or grocery store, so be proactive and be safe always.
Take cognizance of all these important facts and share them with others who may be a victim unknowingly.
