Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has declared Barr Peter Mbah, the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, as winner of Enugu governorship election.
Barr. Mbah polled a total vote of 160,895 to defeat the Labour Party candidate Barr Chijioke Edeoga who scored 157,552.
