A renowned and successful business mogul, Chief Engr Onuoha Victor Chibuike has joined race for Imo State House of Assembly seat on the platform of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP
Engr. Chibuike, owns and manages enterprising companies with strong and active presence in strategic sectors in Nigeria and Abroad.
He vowed to ensure equitable development, a focused and people driven representation. He stated this while interacting with newsmen in Owerri recently, said that he has officially declared and unveiled his mission to the state assembly.
Engr. Onuoha, assured his constituency a quality representation. According to him, if given the opportunity, “he will propel and be involved in the enacting of laws and bye laws of free education in Ehime Mbano”.
The business mogul who hails from Umuodu Umueze 1 in Ehime Mbano Local Government Area of Imo State, also said he had Thirty-two University scholarships, One hundred secondary and primary school scholarships , youths empowerment, Odogwu Unity Cup, fifty people in his pay roll and they are mostly youths.
He single handed donated Twenty-two ceiling fans to Ehime Mbano local government area in 2018 when he went for a meeting and found out that the fans there were not working and also disclosed that he has Odogwu Unity Cup which has been running for three years now and three people are playing in the European league made possible by his effort, and donated food items and free medical treatment during covid-19 pandemic in his ward.
He disclosed that he has intention to build company that will employ about five or seven thousand Imolites, which would come on stream by the end of this year.
Engr Onuoha, advised Imolites, especially the youths that they should not discouraged or brain washed with peanut, adding that Imo State don’t need moneybag politician, rather political ideas. He maintained that imolites should “vote the person good ideas”. He opined that “taste of the pudding is in the eating”.
He urged the youths to engage themselves in handwork.
He inferred that his constituency has a lot of wood that would be commercialised and send to other countries and also seized the opportunity to enlightened Imolites that they should not chase money rather look for the right candidate who will deliver the manifesto of the party, “A stitch in time they say saves nine”, he enthused.
