Eze Achilike felicitates Imolites at Easter, sues for peace, tolerance

His Royal Highness Eze V. U. Achilike, the Ihieri 11 of Ihitte Mbieri in Mbaitoli Local Government Area of Imo State, has joined other traditional rulers, National leaders to felicitate Christians in Imo State and Nigeria at large describing Easter celebration as a sober one anchored on love and sacrifice.


Eze Achilike stated this while interacting with newsmen in Owerri , adding that Easter celebration is the foundation of Christian faith occasion by the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. He suffered, bore excruciating pain and died for those who cares less about him all in a bid to save man from eternal destruction.
He stressed out that God’s death was the height of expression of love and sacrifice and also Christ was a man of tolerance and that was why he could die for those who rejected him.
He die on the cross of Calvary that we may be reconciled unto the almighty father and have everlasting life.
Eze Achilike advised on tolerance and sacrifices for one another, the Christ tolerated all, forgives all and even die in our behalf, which he said ” Nigeria is derailing because of lack of tolerance and sacrifices for one another”. Our social justice system must be right and those at the helms of affirms must be sensitive to the plight of others.
He advised  Imolites to stay safe in this era of insecurity and called on Christians to emulate Christ and live by his principles, he said.
