Onyeagucha, Elezieanya, Ejiogu promise effective representation

By Mary Ugorji

As 2023 polls draw closer, the Senatorial, House of Representatives and Imo Assembly flag bearers of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the forthcoming elections, Barr. Uche Onyeagucha, Hon. Ikenna Elezieanya and Hon. Philip Ejiogu, have promised to give their constituents quality representation to meet their problems if elected.

They gave the promise when they individually spoke to their constituents during the PDP Presidential rally held on Wednesday at Egbu, Owerri North LGA, Imo State.

They begged support and vote of constituents, while assuring  not to disappoint them if they are elected.

The maintained that voting the PDP in all seats means voting for peace, comfort and security.

Speaking, Onyeagucha said Owerri Senatorial Zone deserves a responsible,  pragmatic and  fearless person like him who will go to the Senate to fight for the rights of the people and bring goodies home to advance their lives positively.

“I’m sure of winning the Senate election. Owerri Zone will be good and I will not disappoint the people. Vote all candidates of PDP in the elections so that you are liberated from poverty and insecurity”, Onyeagucha maintained.

With Hon. Ikenna Elezieanya, stating that he has done human oriented projects in all communities in Owerri Federal Constituency and promised to do more if reelected. “Vote for PDP to experience positive change. My projects speak volume and such endear me to Owerri people”.

While Hon. Philip Ejiogu, affirmed that the party is well positioned to win the poll in 2023 and beyond. “If I’m reelected I would consolidate good and fair representation of my people. I’m sure I’m going to win the election to give Owerri North quality representation. I had done well so far and such feat is enhancing education and economy of the state as salaries and pensions have been paid. All this happened under Emeka Ihedioha led regime. I supported Ihedioha and never left the PDP because money does not move me. Though I suffered a lot of humiliations at the House of Assembly. Yes, I have done meaningful projects and the people of Owerri North are happy with my good representation which I will firmly enliven”.
